OutBack Power Systems has developed FLEXware-DC a new solution for all of the DC components of a renewable energy power conversion system. The FW500-DC or FW1000-DC saves time, money and space by combining the disconnects, overcurrent protection devices, grounding and control components into an easy to install, single enclosure. The FW500-DC or FW1000-DC are easily modified and expanded as your system grows or changes. Available in the one to two inverter size as the FW500-DC or the one to four Inverter size as the FW1000-DC.

FW500-DC The DC Breaker Enclosure fits at the DC side of one or two FX series inverter/chargers.

It includes a ground bus bar, 500 Amp DC Shunt assembly with negative TBB mounting screws. The enclosure holds up to eight 1 to 80 amp breakers, three 100 or 125 amp and two 175 amp or 250 amp breakers (Not Included)

If you need more room in the enclosure than the FW500DC gives you for two inverter systems, or you want the benefit of extra cooling space for two inverter systems, order the FW1000 enclosures and Mounting Plate and mount your inverters in either the one and three positions or the two and four positions. There's not a big difference in price between the FW500 or the FW1000 system enclosures and your inverters will run cooler.

FW1000-DC The DC Breaker Enclosure fits at the DC side of one, two, three or four FX series inverter/chargers.

It includes a ground bus bar, 1000 Amp DC Shunt assembly with negative TBB mounting screws. The enclosure holds up to eleven 1 to 80 amp breakers, nine 100 or 125 amp and six 175 amp or 250 amp breakers (Not Included)

If you need more room in the enclosure than the FW500DC gives you for two inverter systems, or you want the benefit of extra cooling space for two inverter systems, order the FW1000 enclosures and Mounting Plate and mount your inverters in either the one and three positions or the two and four positions. There's not a big difference in price between the FW500 or the FW1000 system enclosures and your inverters will run cooler.
